Holiday Gift Card Holder

Create this quick and festive gift card holder to jazz up your holiday gift giving to friends and family!

Cut your base for the gift card using your Pop N Cuts Base. If you cut your cardstock 4 1/4" by 11" it will just fit over the die. Make sure you position it correctly before cutting it out.

Using your Simply Scored Board, position your card base with the flat side to the left edge of the board and score your piece at 3 1/2", 5 1/2", and 7 1/2".

Fold your base using the valley/mountain fold by folding the first score line down, the second up, and the last score line down again.

Using your Sticky Strip, tape the holder together on the bottom inside. Make sure that when you put your sticky strip on you place it as close to what will be the bottom of your gift card holder. If you place the sticky strip too high you will not be able to slide your gift card in later.

Use your Word Window punch to create the opening for your gift card. Insert your cardstock half way into your word window punch and punch. Make sure to leave a space on either side. It helps to use your punch upside down so you can line it up as you go.

Decorate the front of your gift card holder. I used a 4 1/4" by 2" piece of Designer Series Card Stock from the Winter Frost Paper Pack, Pool Party Seam Binding Ribbon. Add the stamped A Gift For You greeting in Smokey Slate.
